At Rossopomodoro Restaurant in Rimini we pay attention to the quality of our menus, trying to respect everyone's needs: for those who want a 100% "Gluten Free" menu we have selected a balanced and light proposal of dishes, suitable for even the most demanding palates. In our restaurant we use products absolutely free from gluten contamination and approved by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) with which we have been associated since 2005.

FOR OUR PIZZAS WE USE SCHAR RULES
- Uncontaminated hands, uniforms and work tools
- Dough processing on sanitized surfaces, separate from other areas
- Rolling with rice flour, including for other pizzas
- Storage of processed dough in closed containers and in dedicated refrigerated areas
- Sterile latex gloves and sanitized tools worn by the pizza maker at all times
- Written specification in each order, both paper and electronic
- Accurate control of the delivery waiter

GLUTEN-FREE AND TASTE-SEEKING
For years we have been attentive to our guests who have intolerances to gluten or other flours, and experience has led us today to research and present gluten-free recipes at the level of the classic and traditional dishes we have on the menu; so much so that many of our guests order directly from the Gluten Free menu even if they do not have intolerances. Our gluten-free dishes turn out to be light and digestible, you can find both first courses and risottos, fresh fish main courses and ad hoc desserts.
